Job Descriptions:
Perform home care for patients.
Take Vital Signs (e.g.) B/P, Pulse, Respiration, Weight &Height.
Follow a care plan prepare by a registered nurse.
Assist patients with ADL’S (e.g.) Bathing Dressing & Feeding.
Schedule Ambulatory Care for Homebound patients.
Provide wheelchair assistance for mobility disabled patients.
Telephone and schedule physicians’ appointments.
Help patients ingest medications.
Comfort and support all family members in their time of need.
